    What is the RingtonePartner Affiliate Program?
    RingtonePartner.com is a world leading and highly paying mobile media & entertainment Affiliate Program. You may promote and distribute our mobile offers in various ways as long as they comply with our Affiliate Program Terms.
    What is the Affiliate Program type?
    Most of RingtonePartner's offers are of Pay-Per-Sale (CPA) type. Meaning, each time a sale is generated by an affiliate link, the affiliate is paid a set amount of money. Pay-Per-Sale programs are preferred by affiliates because they are performance based. Pay-Per-Click programs require enormous volumes of traffic to generate revenue, while in Pay-Per-Sale programs all you need to do is target your market effectively and offer relevant, and valuable content to be rewarded handsomely.
    What do I get paid for?
    As a RingtonePartner Affiliate, you will be paid a predefined amount for each mobile content subscription purchased by your referred customers.
    Do I have to sign a contract?
    Our Affiliate Program Agreement is available here. Upon registration, by checking the "I Agree" box, you accept all terms and restrictions of the contract binding you to RingtonePartner.
    What are my responsibilities as a RingtonePartner Affiliate?
    Your primary responsibility is to make sure your promotions are complying with the program regulations or restrictions, in each specific country and offer you MUST Comply and agree to RingtonePartner Code of Conduct. You are also expected to check your e-mail account often (the e-mail address listed on your account).
    How can I access your support / Affiliate customer service?
    All RingtonePartner's Affiliates are provided with a live personal support; Please contact your personal Affiliate Manager with any question regarding your account, payments, marketing or technical support. If you are not an approved affiliate of RingtonePartner, please contact us using our Contact Us form.
    Is SubID tracking available?
    Yes, you may create an unlimited amount of SubIDs and our statistics system will show it in your reports.Find it in "My Account" Tab.
    How can I send you my suggestions or comments?
    Your input is highly important to us! You may send your comments via our 'Contact US' or contact your personal Affiliate Manager. At RingtonePartner we are open minded to new ideas; do not hesitate to contact us.

    How do I get started?
    There are 5 simple steps to follow:
    1. Signup for free to the RingtonePartner affiliate program.
    2. Read the affiliate agreement ( Terms & Conditions ).
    3. Fill out the affiliate application form, and you will be notified via email when your application is approved.
    4. Log in to your new affiliate account and choose which offers to promote.
    5. Post our banners / ads / campaigns on your website, and start earning money!
    What are the requirements I must meet to be accepted to the RingtonePartner affiliate program?
    Anyone with a Website or internet presence can join RingtonePartner affiliate program as long as it does not promote illegal activity or unsuitable materials. Our application review process consists of in-depth analysis of the information provided to us. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct for more details.
    Is RingtonePartner open to international publishers?
    Yes! RingtonePartner takes great pride in being the only international affiliate program in the mobile media & entertainment industry. We accept affiliate's applications from all around the globe! However, please note that commissions are always paid in U.S dollars.
    Do you accept non-English traffic?
    Yes! We have relevant offers for countries from all around the globe, and provide you with a large selection of creatives in numerous languages.
    Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?
    No, it is absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program, and there is no cost in promoting any of our offers or using our services.
    Can I join the RingtonePartner Affiliate Program if I am already a part of another affiliate program?
    Yes, you are free to participate in other affiliate programs.
    My application was rejected, can I re-apply?
    If you are certain you meet all of the requirements in our Terms & Conditions, you may re-apply.
    I applied previously, but never received an approval or rejection email
    Approval letters are sent from the email address support@ringtonepartner.com . If you do not receive any reply from us, it may mean your email account is blocking our messages. If you do not find a message from us in your spam folder, please contact us at the above email address.

    What kind of marketing tools do you provide me with?
    RingtonePartner provides you with a large collection of marketing, tracking and statistics tools such as the G.E.O (Global Epc/eCPM Optimizer), SubID Tracking etc. A full list of RingtonePartner's marketing tools and their capabilities can be found in the Marketing Tools page, and under the "FAQ"->"Tools" section.
    Where can I find banners and other creatives?
    Banners and other creatives are available in the "Offers" Tab, under each campaign/program selected. Please contact your Affiliate Manager with specific needs.
    Can I promote your links/ads/banners on more than one Website?
    Sure, the more the merrier! We encourage affiliates to place our ads on as many Websites as they like, as long as the site/page complies with the Program Terms & Conditions.
    How often should I check for new offers and creatives?
    We frequently update our campaign inventory and the respective marketing materials. Please log on to your account, and check for the latest offers from time to time.
    Is incentive traffic allowed?
    Yes. However, incentive publishers should be aware that not all advertisers accept incentive traffic. If you want to promote incentivized traffic please search "Only Incentive Offers" in "Offers"->"Find Campaigns".
    Can I use search engines as a marketing medium?
    Sure. However, please view the phrases and keywords restriction section in the Affiliate Agreement.
    What are the restrictions on the keywords I can bid on in the PPC engines?
    To view the RingtonePartner keywords use policies please visit our Terms & Conditions. Some of our offers have their own restrictions on keywords that you may use. Please check the offer details and contact your Affiliate Manager if you need any further clarifications.
    Do you accept email advertising as a marketing medium?
    Most of our offers can be marketed via email marketing. Please double check in the program restrictions to verify that the campaign/s you want to promote accept email marketing.
    How can I obtain new tracking links of campaigns?
    Once you are signed-up, you will have free access to our campaign inventory. To obtain new tracking links, please follow these simple steps below:
    1. Log in to your account and click on "Offers".

    2. Click on "Find Campaigns".

    3. Search for your desired campaign by Program, Brand, Country, Mobile Carrier or Content type.

    4. Click on "Search".

    5. Click on the "Click To Join" icon.

    6. Copy and paste the new tracking link URL to your Website.

    How much can I earn?
    We offer the best payouts in the mobile content industry and provide you with a full range of proven banners/ads and links. How much you will earn is up to you, your traffic, your visitors' background, and the way you market your Website.
    What do I get paid for?
    As a RingtonePartner Affiliate, you will be paid a predefined amount for each mobile content subscription purchased by your referred customers.
    When do I receive my payment?
    We pay affiliates on a net 15 day schedule. In other words we pay our affiliates on the 15th of every month for the commissions earned between the first and the last day of the previous month (provided affiliate exceeded the minimum payout amount of $50).
    How can I receive my money?
    Affiliates can get paid via PayPal, WebMoney, MoneyBookers, ePassporte or Wire Transfer.
    Is there a minimum Payout amount?
    The minimum monthly payout amount is $50. The minimum monthly payout amount via Wire Transfer is $1000.
    Can I receive my commission payment every week?
    We provide aggressive payment terms to our high-volume affiliates. Please speak with your Affiliate Manager once you've been approved to discuss your payment schedule.
    I don't want to get paid until I have earned a certain amount of money. Is that possible?
    Yes. In the "Payment Details" section (under "My account") you will find the "Payment Threshold" setting which allow you to control when you receive payments. The default setting is $50. You may change the setting to any amount over $50, and we will hold your payment until your payable balance reaches the amount you select.
    How do I set up my payment method?
    During the registration procedure you are asked to select your desired payment method and fill in the relevant details (Step 3 in the registration form). You can also fill it in "My Account" tab after registration.
    Can I change my payment method?
    Sure. To change your payment method, please log-in to your account, then enter the "My Account" tab and click on the "Payment Details" link. Select the desired payment method and fill in the relevant details.

    How are statistics reported?
    All campaigns report statistics in real time, meaning there is no delay between the time a sale/lead is generated and when it shows up in your statistics reports.
    How do I keep track of commission I have earned?
    Upon log-in into your account you will see the overall commission you have earned so far for the current month.

    How can I obtain new tracking links of campaigns?
    Once you are signed-up, you will have free access to our campaign inventory. To obtain new tracking links, please follow these simple steps below:
    1. Log in to your account and click on "Offers".

    2. Click on "Find Campaigns".

    3. Search for your desired campaign by Program, Brand, Country, Mobile Carrier or Content type.

    Can I change my payment method?
    Sure. To change your payment method, please log-in to your account, then enter the "My Account" tab and click on the "Payment Details" link. Select the desired payment method and fill in the relevant details.
    What can I do if I forgot my password?
    As you enter RingtonePartner affiliate program main page you can click on the 'Forgot your password' link in the 'MEMBER LOGIN' right centered box. You will be asked to enter the email you used upon registration. A newly generated password will be sent your email account.
    Where can I change my password?
    Following your log-in, enter the "My Account" tab, click on the "My Profile" link, and make the changes you wish.
    What can I do if I lost my password and no longer have access to the email address listed in my account?
    You can register again to our Affiliate Program using our Registration form. If you wish to continue working with your old account, please contact our support center using our Contact us form, and we will do our best to assist you.
    Where do I update my personal account information?
    Following your log-in, enter the "My Account" tab, click on the "My Profile" link, and make the changes you wish.
    How can I track which of my Websites, landing pages or links/banners are generating the highest revenues?
    Our Unique Code system can store and send you any kind of information/variables you wish to get back upon each sale/lead. 'Unique Code' features an innovative technology providing a new level of control for tracking and analyzing your traffic and sales.     How can I obtain a Global tracker?
    To receive your own G.E.O (Global Epc/eCPM Optimizer) tracker please go to "Offers" tab, and choose "My G.E.O URLs".
    What is SubID tracking ?
    Sub-ID Tracking allows an affiliate to pass extra data through a tracking link that can be later be seen in the statistics reports pages. Commonly used when you have more than one traffic source (i.e traffic arrives from more than one site).
    How can I create a SubID tracking link?
    To create SubID, please follow the listed below steps:
    1. Log in to your affiliate account.

    2. Click on the "My Account" tab, then click on "SubID" ->"Add SubID".

    3. Select the type of the source which you want to associate with the SubID.

    4. Insert the name of the SubID. Important! The name of the SubID is a title only to be used in the reports. It will not be attached to your tracking URL, and therefore, cannot be used to transfer data.

    5. Insert the Associated Website URL.

    6. Click on "Save" to complete the process.

    7. There is no limit to the number of different SubIDs you can create.
    How can I generate statistics report for my Sub-ID links?

    1.Click on "Reports" -> "Commissions Report"

    2.You may choose to generate a report for a specific Sub-ID by selecting the desired Sub-ID tag in the Sub-Id select box, or for all your Sub-IDs by selecting "All" in the Sub-ID select box.
    Can I pass dynamic strings / variables to the Sub-ID tracking link?
    No, the name of the Sub-ID is a title only to be used in the reports. It will not be attached to your tracking URL, and therefore, cannot be used to transfer data.     How can I use GEO tracking link?

      What is UC (=UniqueCode)?
      The Unique Code is a string (128chars max.) .This string is sent back to your server whenever a sale/lead is generated. Your string may contain Time / IP / Site Id / Keyword, or any kind of information you wish to have.
      What information can I retrieve about my traffic/sales by using UC?
      The Unique Code can be used for many purposes, and it varies according to the affiliate needs. UC can help you:
