RingtonePartner's objective is to make all business relations with its affiliates safe, honest and reliable RingtonePartner Affiliate Code of Conduct must be read attentively on a regular basis.

RingtonePartner will not and does not tolerate any form of fraudulent activities. This includes misleading clicks, leads or inflate leads or clicks by fraudulent traffic generation (as determined solely by RingtonePartner, such as pre-population of forms or mechanisms not approved by RingtonePartner) you will forfeit your entire commission for all programs and your account will be terminated. RingtonePartner reserves sole judgment in determining fraud and you agree to this clause.

1. Misleading Offers - Affiliate engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT:

1. Promise of Claim a service offered by RingtonePartner can do more then it promises, such as Download more ringtones than states on the campaign.
2. Offer or State an offer is “free”, “at no charge” or use any similar phrases; when a cost to the consumer is stated in the campaign offered by RingtonePartner. This action is most common when affiliate market Ringtones with “free” or “no charge” Keywords.

2. Sub Affiliates - Affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT: Allow sub affiliates, resellers or advertising networks to promote any of RingtonePartner offers, unless agreed upon by contract with RingtonePartner.

3. Third Party - Affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT: Violate the Terms and Conditions or the guidelines of this Code of Conduct.
4. Sweepstakes - Affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT: Use any offers of RingtonePartner in connection of incentive programs of any sort, unless agreed upon by contract with RingtonePartner
5. Laws - Affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner are Must: Abide by local laws and the laws of the locality in which the offers are being promoted at. Affiliates in the United States must comply the CAN SPAM Act of 2003, Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission Act and all rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission and all applicable state laws.
6. Children - An Affiliate engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner MUST: Be 18 years or older to sign up as a RingtonePartner partner. The Partner must provide RingtonePartner with valid, up to date, and accurate information. This includes name, street address, telephone number, and email address. Since all communication will be sent electronically, it is the Partner’s responsibility to monitor and replay to e – mail letters sent to the address provided to Ringtonepartner.com
7. False Claims - An affiliate engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT: Make false claims, or take representations on behalf of the advertiser; unless agreed upon by contract by the advertiser.
8. Content - Affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner may NOT: Promote any content of a web site and/or newsletter that contains any adult content, nor link from, or to, any adult materials including but not limited to: Explicit, vulgar or obscene language. Posting or referencing of sexually explicit images or other offensive content. The content of the web site and/or newsletter cannot infringe on any personal, intellectual property or copyrights including but not limited to: Racial, ethnic, political, hate-mongering or otherwise objectionable. Any Gratuitous violence or profanity and material that defames abuses or threatens physical harm to others or to you, promotion of illegal substances or activities such as illegal online gambling counterfeiting money, etc. Software Pirating (e.g., Warez, Hotline), Hacking; any illegal activity whatsoever is also prohibited. Breaches of any trademark law are also prohibited. In an event of a trademarked law breach, RingtonePartner shall suspend the account until further investigation. ANY software which is installed without the user’s consent, which may mislead, hide unwanted functions, or execute detrimental functions from the user, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Sending of the user’s personal data without their knowledge to a third party, offering of the user’s products without their consent, deleting or manipulating files and any other methods of criminal means which may be found illegal. ANY form or spam is not allowed, especially email spamming. Affiliates who have been found to use spam as a form of advertising, will have their account suspended and payments held.
9. Activities Requiring Approval - All activities which require approval by RingtonePartner or its Advertisers; are activities which significantly deviate from the basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing. This includes, but not limited to any form of: emailing marketing, offline advertising/marketing, incentive traffic, third party networks, file sharing, adware and/or viral advertising through instant messaging.
10. Penalties - The RingtonePartner management team uses various affiliate penalty options in order to enforce the Affiliate Code of Conduct and terms and Conditions. All affiliates are liable to be informed about the pending penalties via email and expected to respond within a reasonable time. RingtonePartner assumes all affiliates check participating emails, which were registered within the system email on a regular weekly basis.

1. Warnings - A warning is generally issued in the event of less serious breaches, where the affiliate is urged to rectify a breach.
2. Payment Stop Orders - Payment stop orders are generally imposed, if affiliates come to light with minor breaches, and/or did not reply nor took action after a warning has been issued. The Payment stop order shall be removed as soon as the matter is resolved.
3. Canceling Transactions - Any transactions which are made as result of prohibited activities by the breach of this Code of Conduct and/or Terms and Conditions may be canceled by RingtonePartner after confirmed by the Advertiser.
4. Account Suspensions - Affiliates who have their account suspended are usually involved in a serious breach of contract with RingtonePartner. RingtonePartner has the right to be the sole judge of what a serious breach of contract is.

11. Notice and Take Down Policy - All affiliates engaged in business relations with RingtonePartner MUST: Comply and agree to RingtonePartner Take down Policy. The RingtonePartner Take down Policy is to state and implement that the affiliate is protected from unjustified suspension and claims. Any suspension of any affiliate account must undergo through investigation. A suspension is detrimental to all parties concerned, especially if it should emerge during the course of investigations that the suspension was unjustified. In order to avoid any inconvenience, the publisher must comply with RingtonePartner Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions and the Advertiser’s guidelines. Affiliates engaged in any violation of these methods are encouraged to contact RingtonePartner for approval. In return, RingtonePartner will let the publisher remove these activities without account suspension.
